Our healthcare providers strive to provide the highest level of quality care for you and all our patients. To ensure that the appropriate time is reserved specifically for you and the treatment you need we have enhanced our scheduling policy. Please keep in mind that these providers allocate the specific time just for you.
With less than a 48hr notification of changes to a pre-scheduled appointment we are unable to properly schedule our providers and other patients. We value your time and appreciate you respecting our providers time as well!
We do need a verbal confirmation or response via txt/email to confirm all pre-scheduled appointments at least 2 business days to the scheduled appointment & some appointments require a non-refundable deposit for reservation, which is discussed prior to scheduling. After 48 hrs, if we are unsuccessful in speaking with you regarding the appointment, you will lose your reservation and be charged a cancellation fee of $50 for hygiene therapy visits that are reserved with your registered dental hygienist & $50 per hour reserved with our doctors.
If the appointment is changed after 48 hrs prior to the appointment time the fee will be waived at this initial time as long as the appointment is rescheduled. If the appointment is changed after 48 hrs prior to the appointment time a second time; the fee will be applied.
Payment in full or non-refundable deposit is required to schedule dental treatment. This allows for your scheduled treatment to begin on time with the doctors. Payment arrangements are discussed prior to scheduling treatment and can either be handled with cash, card, check, money order or financed with CareCredit*(if approved) or Proceed Finance*(if approved).
Any outstanding balances are required to be taken care of in 30 days. Once final notice is sent out after 60 days, we will hand the account over to the specialist for collections.
As a courtesy to our patients, we file all dental claims on behalf of the patient. In proactive measures we do ask for your medical information too, as some insurances require claims to be submitted to medical first and then dental. Please understand, all information provided to our dental team from your insurance carrier is not a guarantee of payment. If your insurance policy does not cover services you, the patient, are responsible. The patient is responsible for providing and being aware of their dental plan. We use a third party company to verify dental benefits however every verification is not a guarantee of payment. We respectfully request for dental insurance information to be updated as promptly as possible at least 2 days prior to your visit.

We always recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time with your dental provider to complete your check in process. They are prepared to bring into the room at the appropriately scheduled time. Anything that can delay beginning treatment at your scheduled time may result in having to reschedule the appointment with a fee or not being able to complete the total amount of treatment that was designated originally. This is at the discretion of your provider and will be determined to best serve you and your needs.
