Office Policies

We take pride in providing the best individualized care for our patients. We want to respect each patient with regard to the amount of time their appointment requires. Therefore, we have implemented policies to ensure appointments can run efficiently and high level of care can be maintained.

New Patients

We ask that you please arrive to your appointment at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow you to fill out all the appropriate paper work needed for your first appointment. We also have our new patient paperwork for adults and children available to print on the website and fill out prior to your appointment.

Late Appointments

We ask that you please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late. If it is 15 minutes passed your scheduled time then it is at the discretion of the dental provider to reschedule your appointment or to continue your late appointment.

Cancellation/Missed Appointments

We understand that life is unpredictable and schedules can change. If an appointment must be changed, please contact the office ASAP or give our dental team 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment. After two failed appointments, any cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be subject to a $25.00 fee at the discretion of the dental provider. Please respect the time that we allocate to provide you with quality care.

Saturday Appointments

Saturday appointments are considered premium appointments and we provide these as a convenience to our patients. If you need to cancel your Saturday appointment, please call ahead at least 2 days in advance to allow an opportunity for another patient. If you miss your Saturday appointment or fail to provide 2 days notice, we will no longer be able to offer our Saturday services for you.
